Great episode. Have you done any work that considers the impact that H1B visas would have on our technology sectors in terms of workforce numbers that would be impacted? I think this is important as huge financial interests will push back on this.
I also think this analysis can factor in, as best as possible, the impact that money printing and interest rate manipulation affects the software industry's labor demands. That is, if we didn't have these manipulations what would the demand for labor be and thus mitigate the impact on tech firms who could use Heritage Americans as a priority in hiring.
I think these are important questions to have answered when proposing policy.
