Presumably the numbers of non-Whites who do not feel at home in the US or who do not presently identify as American would increase and most likely even accelerate once the exodus begins. Re-immigration back to their homelands would also become easier for remaining non-Whites once family and friends return to their nation of origin as well. The result is that eventually the only non-Whites who remain in the US would be those who intentionally want to live in a White dominated society and can't be incentivized to leave.

Harold,

We suspect this is the case as well! We have remarked in the past, and in our most recent article, how beginning the Great Repatriation would likely start a "Chain out migration" which would increase the number of repatriates well beyond our projections.

When repatriation policies and programs are implemented in future it is clear that there will need to be a sort of "surge capacity" baked in from the start so that the programs can handle more applicants who need assisted repatriation than the projections predict!

A change in tax policy would also need to be implemented for citizens who renounce their citizenship. Currently US citizens who renounce their citizenship must continue to pay taxes to the US Federal government for a number of years in addition to paying taxes to the nation to which they've immigrated and acquired citizenship or legal residency depending on the circumstances. This can obviously be an enormous burden that hinders re-immigration. I imagine that US influence can be wielded to create agreements with other nations to allow re-immigration of incarcerated non-Whites. Many non-Whites would jump at the chance for early release even if it requires a renunciation of citizenship and re-immigration. Policy would stipulate the death penalty for murderers, rapists, and possibly other crimes of a similar degree.
