I agree that he should not be antagonizing our civilizational and ethnic kin in Western Europe. My concern is how much energy and effort his administration has given the ebbing crisis on the territorial sovereignty within our own current borders. I was recently in NY a few weeks after ICE cut across an area of the city. This few weeks later, Africa and China still control that area. Minnesota is the scene of a grave crisis. Mexico and other Central American states as well as Somalia have legislative and economic power to take American resources and distribute them to their people colonizing our land and to their homelands.

The battle is at home. This is even more acute given that Congress appears to not want to act. The Republicans controlled the Executive, both houses of Congress and the Supreme Court and only a big beautiful bill has been done. The actions to enforce our immigration laws at home have not resulted in any durable gains while we have fought for other external territories.

In short, this may be a strategic acquisition, but it means nothing if we do not have the ability to say who stays and who goes within our own borders.
