No Jobs For White Men: Whites And The Workplace
Whites are unsafe, unwanted, and undesirable in modern workplaces
Much like American schools, streets, and other public locations where Whites are subject to regular interracial violence, Whites too are at risk in their workplaces. In the modern United States Whites experience a growing array of problems securing work, retaining a job once they have found it, and remaining safe in their work environment. Without significant policy changes, including repatriation, Whites will continue to experience growing workplace harassment, violence, and scorn as a disfavored class when it comes to hiring.
A 2017 Harvard poll found that 55% of White Americans believe that racial discrimination against Whites is more severe than against other racial groups. This belief has only grown, with a 2022 University of Maryland poll showing a 25% increase in the share of Whites who have experienced discrimination or noticed increasing discrimination since the original Harvard poll. These feelings of discrimination are born out in the hiring data as well.
After the disastrous 2020 race riots in the wake of George Floyd’s death corporate America made promises to hire a great deal more non-Whites, and it did just this. A 2023 Bloomberg report shows that of the 323,000 jobs added by S&P500 companies in the post-Floyd era a staggering 94% have gone to non-Whites and a majority of the Whites hired were female. Just 20,524 White Americans have gained jobs with America’s largest firms, while non-Whites gained some 302,570 places.
Worst yet, the lowest class of Whites lost jobs. Nearly 20,000 White workers in the sales, labor, and service sectors of corporate America were put out of the job in favor of almost 200,000 non-Whites.
At the outset of the pandemic, White men suffered a 10-point decline in employment as the pandemic rocked the economy. As the US came out of the pandemic it was men who experienced the poorest employment recovery. Half of the White men who lost pre-pandemic jobs were not called back to those jobs, compared to just 28% of Blacks, 37% of Asians, and a mere 7% of Hispanics who permanently lost a job due to the pandemic.
White women fared only slightly better, with 33% permanently losing a pre-pandemic role compared to just 29% of Asian women and 31% of Hispanic women. The only group of women who lost more pre-pandemic roles were Black women, who suffered a 37% loss of pre-pandemic employment.
Many of these White men and women will have had to take less well-paying roles, due to being disfavored by corporate America. The data also bares this out.
Since the advent of the COVID-19 pandemic, White male wages have stagnated significantly. White male wages have not been this low since 2018 and so far as the data continues to show these wages are stagnating at a steady pace.
Overall wages for Whites (for both men and women) have not grown since 2019. Yet, wages for African Americans have not only recovered from their pre-pandemic levels but have since surpassed them. Hispanic wages too are several points higher than they were at the end of 2019, just before the pandemic hit.
It is very clear that one population, non-Whites, is receiving the attention of the state and private capital. While Whites are being slowly cut out of high-earning and other skilled work.
Still, wages and hiring practices are not the only hurdles that Whites face in the workplace. White Americans are subject to the most violence in their workplaces of any racial group, by far.
Among American medical practitioners, Whites report violence at rates several times higher than non-Whites. White Nurses were subject to patient violence at nearly four times the rate of Black nurses, and about twice as often as Asian nurses. The largest share of perpetrators of this violence were patients. And this violence is not only taking place in hospitals.
Non-Whites, specifically Blacks, use the EMS system at much higher rates (more than double the expected rate) and are America’s most violent demographic.
Unsurprisingly, America’s emergency medical workers, 85% of whom are White, are regularly assaulted by their patients. The issues are so pervasive in large non-White cities in the United States that specific laws are now being passed to attempt and punish patients who assault their care providers.
67% of American EMS workers report being physically assaulted in the course of their life-saving work. While 91% report having been verbally harassed by patients. In California, nearly 10% of all EMS encounters included some form of violence, and this number has been on the increase.
The violence extends beyond specific fields, though. The CDC reports that of the 17,865 workplace homicides that took place between 1992 and 2019 some 48% of victims were Whites while the vast bulk of perpetrators were non-White. In total Whites comprise 66% of all workplace fatalities in the United States.
The statistics for non-fatal workplace violence are even more staggering. Whites are the victims of 78% of all workplace violence in the United States, according to the Department of Justice. In comparison, Whites are the victims of some 66% of non-workplace violence and comprise just 54% of the overall American population.
White men are far more likely to be assaulted by a stranger in the workplace (52.9%) while White women are more likely to be assaulted by someone they have a working relationship or even a casual work friendship with (50.9%).
16% of women killed in the workplace are killed by a work associate, compared to 15% of men.
The American state has little regard for Whites. Whites are not protected from unlawful employment discrimination, their stagnant wages are not a concern for policymakers, and the incredible amounts of workplace violence directed at Whites, whether caseworkers or service sector employees, has never once been mentioned by American policymakers.
The Great Replacement has made all aspects of American life unsafe for Whites. From schools to public spaces and even where Whites work, no aspect of American life has been left untouched by the radical demographic changes being visited upon the country.

I was fired from my last job in Seattle (before I moved) because my assistant manager complained when I told her her text messages were racist: Her text messages included "This is why I hate white people" with a link to a website titled "Why I hate white people." Before that I got ganged up on and harassed by a bunch of the "minorities" at a state job working as a counselor for incarcerated teens. I quit and they lied. I lost my car when covid happened and have been barely employed ever since (stuck in the LAST place I would have picked to be without a car after leaving seattle)
